Kate Middleton leads the way with lace

We have always had a collection of lace dresses in store. They would get tried on occasionally - it seemed girls either like lace or don't like lace. Many saying it looks like net curtains!  However since Kate Middleton walked down the aisle in a dresses that had a very lace look girls can not get enough of it.

I have put together a few of the dresses we currently have in store.

Gorgeous Vintage lace Beverly Lister gown which can have a gorgeous 3/4 sleeve shrug.

Fabulous Benjamin Roberts fishtail gown with contrast belt.

This gown is such a clear idea. Wear the fabulous lace coat to walk down the aisle. After you are married you can remove the coat and you have a fantastic Ivory satin fishtail gown. Great value at just over £1000!

Going for the lace option you will expect to pay well over £1000 for a good quality lace dress. We have managed to source this one! It is one of the most reasonable lace dresses around. This gorgeous simple appliqued lace gown by Tia - courtesy of Benjamin Roberts. With a price tag of £865.

And finally if you do not want a full lace gown why not go for something with a hint of lace. This tulle dress is spectacularly set off by the lace detail on the bodice.

A lovely plain wedding gown looks so stunning with a lace edged gown.

80's Peach bridesmaids make a return

If you lived through the 80's you will remember these peach bridesmaid dresses. Not only were they peach but had unflattering pleats and huge puffed sleeves.

So image my surprise when girls looking for bridesmaid dresses have started asking for Peach again!
"I want that Vintage 80's look!" The 80's Vintage? Not what you want to hear when you remember the 80's vividly.

Not many Bridesmaid dress suppliers have Peach on the colour charts at present. Hopefully as the call for peach grows more popular they will add it to the colour pallettes.

Peach can look modern in gorgeous chiffons. I think it is stunning if you add a splash of deeper orange.

If Peach is making a return will we see all the Pale colours return?
